The service was excellent, I was offered a freshly prepared and sensational breakfast with cheese, juice and ham.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were modern, marvellous and fantastic location right by the major attractions of Ronda, bridge and old town and one of the cutiest Plaza de Toros in Andalusia. The atmosphere created was quiet! The breakfast was adequate with pastries, ham and yogurt and served by the exceptional staff.

Staff is welcoming and polite and you can park your car close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect and the view was magnificent. The staff was best and gave me recommendations. The room was good-sized and well-designed, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The service was all in all friendly. In addition, the parking was close to the hotel.

Great location! Walking distance to attractions, clean and cozy room, spacious bathroom. Helpful staff. Large room, comfortable bed. Superb staff. In the heart of the city, excellent value for money.

The room was fine, and a good shower / toilet area.

Finding the hotel was tough because there were no signs anywhere, and the only access was through a pedestrian only area. In addition, the air conditioning didn't work and the room was warmer than outside the hotel. After complaining, the personell said it was normal. Slept with all windows open to get a bit cool.

Room was very comfortable, had a wonderful view! The bathroom was large, water pressure was great in shower and many nice bathroom amenities. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with an assortment of different breads, fruits, cheeses, meats and quite delicious.

It was very difficult to locate the hotel. Some of the window shades were broken.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ronda! the location was perfect, right in the city centre with cobbled streets and beautiful surroundings. It was just a short walk to fabulous shops and cafes. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always offering their assistance with a welcoming smile. Lastly, the rooms were kept really clean, and I was lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the mountains from my window. a great value for money and a lovely stay.

All was good, no complaints whatsoever.

The Acinipo is located 2 mins walk from the bridge, has it's own cafe/bar downstairs right next door, with excellent food. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A friend and I only stayed one night as passing through Ronda but would definitely use this hotel again.

Central Location, Contemporary Design, Wonderful Service and Assistance.

Room was suffering active water damage from bathroom leak affecting wall and floor. Management was aware of the problem.
